Offering an authentic coffee making experience, be a barista at home & grind, tamp and brew to espresso perfection. Featuring an integrated grinder, with 8 settings. Accurate dosing – use the digital display for precise quantities. Activate the lever to tamp the dose to the right pressure without mistakes, and as it happens inside the machine, without mess too! Maestro offers 8 pre-set recipes black and milk-based coffee recipes.
There are 5 temperature profiles in Maestro from 90-98 degree. Different coffee bean varieties with different roasting levels require different temperatures for the best extraction. See the coffee guide in the pack if you're unsure.
To create your favourite milk-based coffee drinks you have options. You can opt to manually texture your milk using the MyLatte Art professional steam wand, like any barista. Or use the LatteCrema Carafe, which, with no effort required at all, automatically produces a variety of creamy or dense milk directly into cup.
The Cold Extraction technology introduces 2 new recipes to La Specialista Maestro. Introducing cafe quality Cold Brew extraction in under 4 minutes, and the new exclusive Espresso Cool recipe, featuring a unique mouthfeel and smooth, creamy texture.

Excellent machine and makes wonderful coffee quickly. Very high quality materials almost everywhere, one or two bits of plastic but nothing in important functions. Makes consistent coffee with semi-automatic process and huge control over variables like grind, temp, milk etc. Need to play around a bit with parameters for each different type of bean you use. The auto-milk device is clever. It's just quite tall I'd say you need 50cm height clearance to access the bean filler.

Great machine but not good with non-dairy milks...
If you like lattes or cappuccino's then it best be with cow milk, as the milk accessories are not designed for anything else i.e. nut or oat, as there is no temperature control on the milk frother therefore, it does not froth/ foam alterative milks as desired.
