The De'Longhi La Specialista Maestro brings an authentic barista experience to your kitchen, letting you grind, tamp and brew espresso-based drinks with control over every step. This manual bean-to-cup machine features an integrated grinder with 8 settings, a digital display for precise dosing, and an innovative lever system that tamps coffee to perfect pressure inside the machine, keeping your worktop clean. With 19bar pressure and 5 temperature profiles from 90-98C, you can tailor extraction to suit different bean varieties and roast levels.
Enjoy milk drink flexibility with the MyLatte Art steam wand for cappuccinos, lattes, flat whites, and macchiatos, or the LatteCrema Carafe for creamy or dense milk. Cold Extraction technology delivers cafe-quality cold brew in under 4 minutes, plus an exclusive Espresso Cool recipe. The 2.5l water tank means fewer refills, the adjustable cup stand fits mugs up to 11cm, and the removable drip tray simplifies cleaning. I bought this a few months ago to replace a previous De Longhi machine. Seems to be working well and my son loves the cappuccino attachment.

Great product, makes good coffee with plenty of functionality. Given it a 4 star for performance as some of the preset automatic coffees are not as hot as they should be although you can easily get them hotter with the steamer

Makes excellent coffee easily, looks great, large
Excellent machine and makes wonderful coffee quickly. Very high quality materials almost everywhere, one or two bits of plastic but nothing in important functions. Makes consistent coffee with semi-automatic process and huge control over variables like grind, temp, milk etc. Need to play around a bit with parameters for each different type of bean you use. The auto-milk device is clever. It's just quite tall I'd say you need 50cm height clearance to access the bean filler.
