Good option for basic young person’s phone
I upgraded my son’s basic phone to this and it i much better. The sound clarity on calls is great and the key pad is easier to use than the most basic Nokias. Would recommend to parents as a phone with minimal connectivity but high quality on the basic contact features- phone and text.

It’s okay
It does what I want although it’s not as versatile as my previous dumb phone. I use it for texts and calls and the occasional photo and as a diary. The diary part is fairly useless. It doesn’t do repeats ( daily weekly etc) and wants to predict what I want, which it never does. If they hadn’t switched off 3G I never would have changed.

Pre-installed apps you can't get rid of
Bought this for an 11-year-old, not wanting them to have social media / internet access. In many ways a great and handy phone, but it has a huge suite of apps pre-installed, many requiring 4G / wifi, INCLUDING FACEBOOK. The OS is understandably very basic, but it is deeply frustrating that these apps cannot be deleted, or even hidden in any way. I bought this phone for calling and texting, and I wish it wasn't displaying a load of apps that the child can't use every time they turn it on.
