Disappointing problem with 4G during calls
Bought this phone last week as an updated version of a Nokia I already had. I had some problems from the start as calls (although much clearer than on my old phone) were abruptly cut off without warning and texts wouldn't send and would later disappear altogether. Worked out eventually, with the help of my son, that 4G was being used for calls but wither the phone or my network couldn't cope. Some other reviewers put me on to this. So, I had to turn off 4G and use 2G instead. This has given me full signal and calls are OK now. A bit disappointing but adequate for my needs, which don't include internet.

Great little phone with good battery life
This is a great phone purchased it for my mum because she has eyesite issues and cant use smartphones. She can handle this simple little phone and its battery life is very good better than most high end smartphones. Something people should note if your buying this for a child to keep them off the net it wont completely stop them it has a super slow annoying web browser but it does work and use 4g so kids could still use the net off it. It also has some built in apps like facebook again there basic and slow but work. So this phone will not stop kids accessing the net.

Good option for basic young person’s phone
I upgraded my son’s basic phone to this and it i much better. The sound clarity on calls is great and the key pad is easier to use than the most basic Nokias. Would recommend to parents as a phone with minimal connectivity but high quality on the basic contact features- phone and text.

I bought two high quality phones using my argos card as Christmas gift for my mum and sister. It’s okay
It does what I want although it’s not as versatile as my previous dumb phone. I use it for texts and calls and the occasional photo and as a diary. The diary part is fairly useless. It doesn’t do repeats ( daily weekly etc) and wants to predict what I want, which it never does. If they hadn’t switched off 3G I never would have changed.
