Money & space saving!
Really happy with this purchase. Not only great microwave, but convection oven and grill in such a small space. Fits all of my oven dishes, heats up so quickly, saves heating up a big oven, got to save money on utilities. So simple to operate all features- even for me! It is great for the price, a bit cheap and chintzy but good for the price. I don't like they even want you to call a Samsung engineer to change the light bulb! It is a throwaway appliance but for the price it is very good and suits my needs. It is quite deep but again, great features for the price and for communal use should last a few years. Thanks...

Samsung is better than Panasonic for microwaves,
Bought this due to a Panasonic microwave less than 2 years old having the internal paintwork peeling off. Panasonic says that the paintwork peeling off is not a fault and that the warranty has run out. Buyer beware of buying Panasonic microwaves that have painted interiors. This Samsung product has its internal ceramic surfaces covered for 5 years, so that gives me some reassurance.

Lovely size, missing good instructions/manual
This is a lovely big Microwave/Combi Oven. Not really sure why it is called a ‘Smart Oven’ though since it doesn’t appear to connect to anything either by WIFI or Bluetooth. There were very basic set up instructions but no detailed instructions to cover all of the various uses, except online, so we ended up printing the 40 page online manual. We also really struggled to register it with Samsung, who didn’t recognise it as one of their products. Other than that, nice!

Great features on this microwave.
The microwave is absolutely brilliant. It does everything is come on leaps and bounce from the last one. We had seven years ago but it does everything defrost cooks can put cheese on top is a grill in there as well number one microwave in the world I would say amazing and Argos absolutely brilliant fantastic People the people in the shop were amazing. They helped me. just to help you as well this comes with two trays, two different heights so you can use the grill inside the microwave which is amazing number one in Europe and number one in England for me.
