On opening the box has a sealed pack of cards which are of adult content. The rest of the cards are family friendly so as long as you do not mix up the cards then this can be played by all . The game is along the lines of Cards Against Humanity, albeit a little tamer. The picture card is selected and the game players chooses the best fit meme from the selection are the card they were dealt. A fun way to spend an hour or so
