Wrong colour, its brown not grey
I couldn't be more disappointed, the wrong colour, not enough bolts, luckily I had some the same I could use, also, the material is sagging.

Great for the price
The sofa delivery was easy to arrange and building the sofa was fairly quick and easy. I did find one screw missing (to hold the back on fully) but the sofa was still secure without it. I reached out to Julian Bowen directly via email and they responded and sent out the spare part promptly. The sofa itself is as I expected, colour is a nice medium grey, material feels lovely and smooth/soft but has a nice textured look. The seat pads are medium-firm and the sofa back is nicely supportive. A nice neat sofa for a decent price.

Yes, the website lists the depth of the package as 42cm. We have this sofa and whilst in the boxes, it went through standard door sizes on its side with loads of room to spare.
