Does what you need it to but definitely doesn’t fill 30 balloons! I think we got just over 17 (a couple were a bit bigger than 9”) the rest we had to blow up ourselves. So just make sure you fill the best ones first to avoid running out.
We used this helium for my hen party balloons, we did blow them up too early as they started coming down. So it is best to do them a hour before your event to stop this from happening. But when i went into store i did get acused by the guy at the collection point for using it for other things i.e sniffing it!! Which i wasnt happy about at all!! I did complain!
