I bought this as a cheap replacement for my original control which broke, due to limited time to game. This is exactly that. It fits nicely on the hand, and is a lot lighter than the original probably due to no battery. However the buttons are a lot stiffer to press. Not sure if that’s newness of the controller or if that’s the make up of them. Also I’ve already been subject to a few controls sticking, being L1 button and left analog stick drift. Not good considering I’ve had it just over a week for a total of maybe 3 hours game time total. Pay for what you get I suppose. Great option as a secondary controller for mates coming round to play. But as a main controller I’d recommend buying the genuine one.

I can confirm some controllers can be used with a wired connection instead of Bluetooth. The quality of a wired connection may vary on different devices, OS versions, or manufacturer's controller firmware. To test a wired connection, connect your USB cable to your device and then to your controller.

After checking with the manufacturers, I can confirm this Gioteck VX4 PS4 Wired Controller has quick fire triggers which to me would say they are mouse click. It also has precision D-Pad and anti-slip rubber thumb sticks deliver lightning fast performance.

The supplier has advised the following for the Gioteck VX4 PS4 Wired Controller - Black:
"The VX4 controller is primarily designed for PS4, however it will support PS4 games on the PS5 console. It will not support PS5 Games."
