I bought this as a gift, my daughter loves it and it’s made her room more stylish. I’m thinking of getting more
I bought this during the sale and glad I did as it has made such a huge difference to my living room along with the bright bulbs I ordered from Amazon. The gold is a perfect shade and I didn’t have any issues with the globes being different like in the previous review but I would tell people to double check before assembling.
I can’t comment on the ease of putting it up as my builder did it but he had no complaints.

I just could not catch a break with this fitting, 4 light fittings later and we are still getting faulty ones from Argos. Dinged and dented or just badly finished and looks thrown together. A huge shame as the fitting in good order looks epic and that was the only reason why I had persevered with it. if you have the time then pursue the item if not go to John Lewis! Lol

Habitat Globe Ribbed Metal Bathroom Ceiling Light - Brass
The ceiling rose has two small holes which are where the fixing screws go, to fix the rose to the mounting bracket. full instructions are provided.
Our supplier has advised that the Habitat Globe Ribbed Metal Bathroom Ceiling Light - Brass is a class 2 light, so is double insulated and does not require additional earthing.
Habitat Globe Ribbed Metal Bathroom Ceiling Light:
The light requires 3 x capsule G9 LED, recommended maximum wattage: 4 watts. If bright enough for applying makeup etc, this is personal preference and will be dependent on a few factors. How big the room is that the light will be in, the lumens rating of the bulbs and colour temperature of the bulb chosen.
Habitat Globe Ribbed Metal Bathroom Ceiling Light - Brass:
The bulbs required are 3 x capsule G9 LED bulbs with maximum wattage of 4 watts each. For tasks like shaving and makeup application, you will want bulbs that provide bright, clear light. Here are some recommendations:
G9 LED Capsule Bulbs with a 5000K daylight color temperature. This color temperature mimics natural daylight, which is ideal for detailed tasks like makeup application and shaving.
