About this product
Dress your ceiling with more than a hint of art-deco opulence. Modern meets retro with this flush light. The three opaque glass globes are suspended from the contemporary-styled brass-plated ribbed frame. It's bathroom friendly too; now there's a thought. A design to look up to for sure.
This 3-way ceiling light is great for adding character. And as it's flush-fitting, you don't need a high ceiling to create an impact.

Lights up the room literally!
I bought this during the sale and glad I did as it has made such a huge difference to my living room along with the bright bulbs I ordered from Amazon. The gold is a perfect shade and I didn’t have any issues with the globes being different like in the previous review but I would tell people to double check before assembling. I can’t comment on the ease of putting it up as my builder did it but he had no complaints.

4 Lights later
I just could not catch a break with this fitting, 4 light fittings later and we are still getting faulty ones from Argos. Dinged and dented or just badly finished and looks thrown together. A huge shame as the fitting in good order looks epic and that was the only reason why I had persevered with it. if you have the time then pursue the item if not go to John Lewis! Lol

The light requires 3 x capsule G9 LED, recommended maximum wattage: 4 watts. If bright enough for applying makeup etc, this is personal preference and will be dependent on a few factors. How big the room is that the light will be in, the lumens rating of the bulbs and colour temperature of the bulb chosen.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat Globe Ribbed Metal Bathroom Ceiling Light - Brass: This light is listed as a bathroom light as it is IP44 rated and so it is suitable for use in the bathroom in Zone 2 and outside zones, but is not exclusive to bathroom use. There are no bulbs provided with this light and so the colour will be dependent on the bulbs fitted.
