The Vax Platinum SmartWash Pet-Design Carpet Cleaner is built for homes with pets and the mess that comes with them. It's a proper carpet washer that deep cleans carpets, stairs and upholstery, and comes with an integrated pre-treatment wand to tackle stubborn stains and odours before you even start the main clean. The Motion Sense Technology takes the thinking out of it - push forward and it washes, pull back and it dries. No trigger to hold down, just a steady back-and-forth motion. At 8.9kg it's manageable, and the 9m cord gives you plenty of reach without constantly unplugging.
The clean water tank holds 3.5l and the dirty water tank 1.9l, with a safety indicator showing when full. The SpinScrub hand tool and 2-in-1 Antimicrobial Wash Tool switch between carpet and upholstery, and the 2.5m hose lets you clean stairs and furniture without moving the machine. It includes two 250ml bottles of Vax Platinum Antibacterial Solution and one 250ml Pet Stain and Odour Remover, so you're ready to go. It sucks up spills, has a carry handle for easy room-to-room use, and comes with a 6-year manufacturer's guarantee. Works on carpets, stairs and upholstery.

Had my machine for a month now and it was worth every penny. Easy to use, easy to keep clean. I particularly like that you do not have to squeeze the handle to release water. You just push it and it does all the work for you. Excellent if you get pain in your hands. I would highly recommend. The best carpet cleaner I've ever used.

I received the machine but there is a problem, when I am using it, drying time (pulling) the handle is off from the machine. There is no proper guidance to fix the machine in your manual . Can you fix this problem or return the machine? Please let me know

Well worth the investment
Just used my new Vac for the first time. It was easy to put together and the instructions were straightforward. I’m really happy with the clean it’s done a good job and definitely lifted the pile. For those more stubborn stains the wand seems to have worked well. The dry function works really well and my carpets were fully dried out on the same day. The other thing I love about this Vax compared to my previous one is how easy it is to clean afterwards. My least favourite part is that it’s a big unit and pretty heavy to manoeuvre.

Does exactly what its supposed to.
I love this machine,just as i did my old model. There's only one improvement I'm surprised they haven't made. The front is easily dislodged,meaning the machine stops sucking. Two simple clips could secure it and stop that happening. Can be a faff because of that when your busy cleaning. Beautiful results though

This vacuum cleaner is a 2-in-1 hoover that wets the carpet and then sucks up the water to help it dry when cleaning. You can use a normal hoover after if you wish though.
