Cleans all around fast and easy to use
I bought this product a few weeks back as I have small young children and haven’t had the carpets cleaned since I had them layed 6 years ago and my gosh is this piece of machinery magic it whisked up the stains within a few minutes I absolutely love mine if you have children or pets this is a must have!

Powerful home carpet cleaner
Unfortunately our first Vax purchase failed almost immediately. The company was very helpful, and their fault diagnosis at my home included a video call so that I could show them what was happening (or not happening) - impressed! The machine was replaced expeditiously and we are very pleased with its cleaning power. We had no idea how much pet hair had impregnated our carpets and the improvement was almost immediate. Carpets that we had almost written off as beyond cleaning came back to a new lease of life. There are a couple of negatives: the machine is quite heavy to carry upstairs; the hose for the accessories is rather flimsy and twists easily; it can be a bit fiddly to put together. However, the benefits far outweigh any shortcomings and I don't hesitate to recommend this machine.

The carpet cleaner i was looking for
I bought the machine a few weeks ago and thought i would put it through it's paces before given it s review. Straight from the first time I used it i knew I'd bought the carpet cleaner I was hoping for when I began my search for a new machine. It's dead easy to use does just about everything you need a carpet cleaner to do and boy does it do it well! Really pleased with my purchase looks built to last for years easy to keep clean so it fully deserves it's five stars and I heartily recommend this product .

A must have for any home with carpets
I bought this before Xmas to clean our carpets and its made a fantastic job, they are cream and not been cleaned for 2yrs and we have 3 dogs. They came up well (the colour of the waste water was hideous ) and now look and smell fresh. The lounge carpet looks practically brand new. They also dried quite quickly.

This vacuum cleaner is a 2-in-1 hoover that wets the carpet and then sucks up the water to help it dry when cleaning. You can use a normal hoover after if you wish though.

Vax Platinum SmartWash Pet-Design Carpet Cleaner
It really does depend on how long you are using the machine for. On checking the manual I can see this has a tank capacity of 0.45L for the solution. It is recommended that the solution tank is filled when fitted on the machine. Unused solution can be left in the tank after use or poured back into the solution bottle.
