Hasn't got auto reverse
I bought this tumble dryer in April to replace the zanussi that had lasted 15yrs . I am often having to open the door to re arrange the sheets or towels as anything that's towel size or larger will roll into a ball and not dry. Did not realize when purchasing this machine that the dryer did not go backwards occasionally to stop this. My old machine did and I assumed that all tumble dryers did as it makes total sense. Of course hoover weren't interested in helping as it was my mistake. I will buying one that actually dries things without help from me as soon as I can afford it.
