Does the job quite well
Brought this as I thought its time to shave it all off, previously used a clipper with no guard. Works well, used 3 times so far. I let my hair get quite long between cuts so takes a few passes to get all the hairs and the loan hairs left long.

Works well but does clog sometimes
Always wait a little time so I can give an honest review of products. This works well but only on very short hair. Fine if you want to shave your head every few days but needs a pre-trim if you have left it longer. I have found the mesh clogs easily and requires a good brush otherwise if will not work at all. In summary, I am pleased with the product.

Good close shave and great that its rechargeable and waterproof . 1st time cleaning it the head fell apart , had to put it all back together , tiny spring was a nightmare , also after every use I clean it thoroughly it has to be plugged in after for 10 min or it won't switch on again , honestly prefer the older model I had no issues with it ever and I had it 4 years ,

The RX5 is advertised as waterproof, but RX7 is also water resistant, so it can be rinsed or used on a wet face.''

Yes, but you will need to get your chest and back hair short, to about 2mm, with clippers first and clean the shaver out regulary or it will clog up. Hope this helps
I am not sure I haven't tried but I would recommend not to it is only good for stubble hair long hair would get tangled and pull out feeling discomfort

Argos actually sell the replacement head, Ive just been looking at them for my rx5, then came across the 1 for this and only came here to read how it compares to the rx5

The supplier has advised the following for the Remington RX7 Ultimate Head Shaver XR1600:
The blades/head of the shaver are "guaranteed for a period of 6 months as they are considered a consumable part". The life of the blades will heavily depend on the frequency of usage and the manitanance. They advise to follow the maintenance instructions from the user manual to get the longest life.

It mostly collects within the shaver to be emptied later. Not 100 per cent but 99 per cent easily. Emptying is simplistic.

If your hair is longer than 2.0 mm you should trim it down with a hair clipper first before using your head shaver.
