This clever drinking fountain ensures that your cat will have access to fresh, clean water all the time. The Catit PIXI Smart fountain is ideal as PIXI's little nose not only provides an LED nightlight, but it also lights up when the water is running low or when the UV-C sterilisation is running. All alerts are sent through to your phone via the SmartApp and you have a handy reminder of when to change the filter and when to clean the fountain. You can take care of your cat, no matter where you are!

Excellent and Well Appreciated by the cat
Got it for a month already. Visible difference in my cat drinking much more than before! No noise at all, really. Just, when the water level is below 50%, there is sometimes some water noises, very faint, actually relaxing... but with water level above, no noise. Electric consumption is very low, barely noticeable with the smart meter. The app may look a bit like a gimmick, but actually it seems to work, checking the water level and sending reminder to change the filter, why not? Yes, it is pricey... but I do not regret the spend one second when I see my cat drinking :)

Don’t buy
What a waste of nearly a ton of money (seeing I’m not allowed to say the specific price as Argos moderates the feedback you leave) The UV WATER FILTER didn’t shut off after 4-5 hours after the machine said it would only take 60 minutes. Gone back to our old cat mate water fountain

Plastic with a metal liner that has a mirror effect which I suspect some cats wont like as they think there is another cat there
I have just read on other websites that the bowl is made from high grade stainless steel
