The Hisense HDE3211BBUK Electric Cooker handles everything from weekend roasts to batch baking with its double oven setup and 4-zone ceramic hob. The 68 litre fan oven spreads heat evenly across 3 shelves, so you can cook multiple crockery at once, while the 31 litre conventional oven doubles as a full-width grill for smaller meals or finishing off dishes. The ceramic hob heats up fast and gives you precise control across 3 small zones and 1 large one, wiping down easily after use.
An LED timer and digital clock help you keep track of cooking times, and you can set the oven to switch off automatically when food is ready. Easy-clean enamel liners in both cavities soak up residue to make cleaning quicker, and the removable inner glass doors come out for a thorough wipe. Controls sit at the front for easy access, and the double-glazed door keeps heat where it belongs. Poor quality
I bought this cooker 20 months ago - very good stainless still and beautiful. To my surprise, one of the hobs stopped heating up when turnnit on leaving me with only 3 hubs to use. I'm really disappointed with the malfunction so soon. I am so thrilled with Hisense products, for their quality mostly their frigde freezer, but seems they didn't get it right with this electric cooker . Also, it took the technical team so long to book an appointment to come and check it out - poor service

Looks good in my kitchen
I’ve only had my new cooker less than a week so can’t say much apart from that it feels very sturdy and well made. The ovens heat up quickly- within 10 minutes to 180 degrees, and I like the light in the top oven as never had a double oven with that feature before.The fan is so quiet you can barely hear it running. The first thing I did with it was to bake a cake and it came out perfect. I’m yet to use the grill and I must admit that I did have to watch a YouTube video on how to use it, as the instructions in the manual weren’t very clear, it says that I have to heat the oven first before turning on the grill, which I find a bit strange and a waste of energy! But haven’t needed it yet so time will tell. Over all I’m very happy with it and it looks good in my kitchen too!

Terrible grill
Bought this a few weeks ago and mostly it’s fine but there is only one large hob ring, the other 3 are small. And the grill is absolutely dreadful. After a read online it turns out it’s a recurring issue, it’s basically not functional.

Nice cooker but poor instructions
I bought this cooker a week ago. The operating instructions for top and bottom ovens are not good. I first time I made a roast dinner it took 2 and half hours to cook a chicken. Previous fan oven took 1 and half hours. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or there is problem with the fan oven.

No it is not variable heat setting, its on or off, have to close door to pre heat and it is just one temperature.

I was wondering this after reading an answer from argos saying the cooker doesnt have a wire, I was going to purchase this cooker but reading the questions and answers I checked with the electrician who was going to fit it.
He said the cooker should be fitted with the wire to connect it , hes never provided the wire , he would have to wire the cooker and then connect it to the socket. DOUBLE THE JOB.
Apparently they do NOT carry the wire, and you need to buy it separately, Im in argos now chasing up this query , in fact its been a bit of a nightmare! Not sure what to buy and whete from?
