Works well but disappointing quality
I’m a bit disappointed with this steamer. It works perfectly well and generates a lot of steam however I find the quality of the product lacking. The Perspex containers are very poor quality and I’m sure won’t last terribly long. The water repository at the bottom isn’t very large so you have to top the water up quite often. There’s also no water refil hole / nozzle so you have to remove all the steaming trays whilst they’re cooking to add more water. Overall, it does the job but I won’t be buying another when it needs replacing.

Our supplier has advised that the Russell Hobbs 3 Tier Plastic Food Steamer baskets and their lids can be removed for washing/cleaning.
Unfortunately, the bottoms of the baskets are not removable.
