I bought this a few days ago but the inital purchase turned into a bit of a pain due to misinformation ar the store. However, the steamer came well packaged and with decent instructions. The appliance also has a 3 year warranty for peace of mind which is great. Once all the parts had been cleaned using the steamer is very easy and once used clean up is also straightforward. I also like the fact the entire unit has a compact footprint.

Replacement
I purchased this product recently, there was no problem apart from I purchased the wrong size. I returned it to the store within 30 minutes and purchased the larger size. This purchase was to replace our old steamer which was also a Russell Hobs, which was a number of years old.

Hope this is better than the first one
Exchange for same model as it stated to leak after 8 months of almost daily use. For 2 adults the size is plenty big enough. We especially like the rice bowl.

I bought this to replace the same model I had previously. It's great, the perfect size for veggies fir a family of 6 and doesn't take up too much room.

I bought this steamer as it was compact and looked quite good, however the plastic dishes are quite flimsy and get stuck inside each other when storing, one of the dishes was also quite warped, all in all it steamed very well and is still a good bit of equipment

I am very pleased with the Russell Hobbs 3 tier plastic food steamer. It is very straightforward and so easy to use.
