There is a limit of 10 gift cards per transaction online. This e-gift card can only be redeemed at Marks and Spencer stores in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands (including in Outlets, railway, motorway, and airport stores, but excluding BP connect stores) and online (subject to website terms and conditions). It may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the value on the e-gift card on payment of the difference. If any product purchased with a gift card is subsequently exchanged for a product of a lower price or a refund, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the card. This e-gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for Marks and Spencer Bank services, products or outstanding card balances, made-to-measure shirts, bespoke school uniforms, domestic appliances or Marks and Spencer Energy. If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and shown on this unique webpage displaying your e-gift card details, as well as your printed till receipt. This e-gift card can be activated with a minimum value of £25. This card can be topped up in any Marks and Spencer stores in the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands(including Outlets, railway, motorway and airport stores, but excluding BP Connect stores) to the maximum value limit. This e-gift card has a maximum load value limit of £100. Please check in-store or online for gift card balance enquiries at marksandspencer. Com/c/gift-card-balance. Alternatively, please call 0333 014 8777 (for the UK and Channel Islands) or 1890 719380 for the Republic of Ireland. This e-gift card will be valid for 48 months from the last transaction (which includes the initial card load, adding, spending of funds or balance enquiries). Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period. Please treat this card as cash. Marks and Spencer will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards. This card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card. Marks and Spencer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the e-gift card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary. Not for Me
I found it to be a pain to use. I don't go out due to health reasons so get shopping delivered. M&S deliveries are done by a contractor who do not except M&S gift cards. I ended up buying trainers and a cap because that's all I could do with it. I guess it's okay if you are personally going into a store but then why would you need a gift card lol unless someone else got it for you. I used my argos credit to get it because I had no money in bank to buy food. And in the end still couldn't buy food.

This includes Outlets, Simply Food and Moto service station, hospital, airport and train station stores and M&S cafés, but excludes BP Connect stores and international stores.
