I can advise that the TP-Link Tapo L920-5 Smart Wi-Fi Multicolor LED Light Strip is 500cm long. An average sized 65" TV is approximately 150cm x 90cm, totalling 480cm. This should give you enough length to fit your TV.

The Tapo light strip can be linked to Alexa, but it does not support activation in conjunction with an Alexa sensor.

This TP-Link Tapo L920-5 Smart Wi-Fi Multicolor LED Light Strip is affixed to the wall using adhesive tape - it would leave residue when removed, and depending on the exact material you are sticking it to may leave a mark. More porous materials such as wallpapers would be particularly susceptible to marking.
