Bought this 2 weeks ago as old one gave up. A slight change in design for this one but with all the same results which means great hot and cold drinks that are so tasty and refreshing. This machine is sturdy easy to use and the variety of coffees/teas are very welcoming if you have not got one get one you will not be happy until you do

I always put boiling water in my coffee cup first for a couple of seconds, just to warm the cup. That does the trick.
