Have'nt had a new hob, in a while, have been updating the kitchen. This hob is designed very nicely, especially with the controls at the side, do not like them at the front. Very pleased !

Simple layout and easy to clean
Whilst I have only used this a handful of times so far, I chose it for its simple layout. The added bonus is that it doesn't have lots of grooves and nooks which are difficult to clean. Compared to my previous hob which was clearly designed by someone who never cooks OR cleans, this one is amazing.

This was a excellent replacement gas hob, which fitted directly into existing opening, when checked with online dimensions. One main issue, is the control knob markings are very difficult to see it's precise position. Needs improvement.

The supplier has advised the following for the Beko HIBG64120SB 61cm Gas Hob - Black:
Both are correct; however, the difference is that the 2 years warranty refers to any repairs that need to be carried out on the appliance under the manufacturers guarantee. Once the 2 years manufacturers warranty expires, the customer then qualifies for the 10 year parts guarantee, (which enables the customer to receive a discounted repair price, rather than the standard price for any repair that requires mechanical parts only).
We'd have to add here that this is not related to the Argos 12 month guarantee, as it’s managed by the manufacturer directly, and it is also subject also to its own separate terms and conditions too. More info on these can be found on the brand website.

The actual hob is black, it does have a bit of a shine to it. The knobs on the machine are all black in colour.
