Great sim, activation best done on website.
Very happy with this data sim. I would advise that the best way to activate it is through their website. After completing everything they activated it within a few minutes in my case although it can sometimes take a few hours. I did try previously to activate it using the app several times, but it would hang or time out. So using the website to active is the best option. Once activated though, you can log into the app and everything is fine.

Misleading by the company
I’m not sure what I’ve done wrong but you can’t activate this SIM on the SMARTY website — they make you order one for free on their website and you can’t activate this one. A bit misleading.
