I’ve recently got this great Steam Genie and so far it’s doing what it says on the tin🤭I love the way it has a couple of attachments,but it’s best feature is that you can lock it into place while steaming because I have joint problems. By having this product saves my hands not having to set up the ironing board. So I do hope this helps people with any disabilities like myself.

Not for me
I bought this as I've been wanting one for ages after seeing a demonstration on TV of a similar one but I'm sorry to say, It's useless! It doesn't get any creases out, whatever material, the creases don't budge! I'm so disappointed. I'll be returning it to Argos!

Designed for big hands
Great as a steamer but sooo difficult to attach the base - you need a man’s hand size. After a struggle I got round it by wearing rubber gloves that gave more grip. Steaming worked well on a new pair of curtains but it’s not something I would reach for to decrease a blouse, say, as it’s too tricky to assemble. Plus point is that the chamber - once you’ve managed to attach - holds lots of water so the steam lasts a while, and there are 3 nozzle attachments for different purposes.

I bought this around 4 months ago. Still works really well. I mostly use it only on my clothes. My only issue with this is that I have to constantly refill it as it runs out of water pretty quickly. Apart from that, lovely device, no complaints so far.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• For best performance, we recommend using distilled, purified or filtered water in your steamer. Tap
water contains minerals that can build up inside your steamer over time and reduce its efficiency or
