Tri-ply stainless steel construction with an aluminium core heat quickly and evenly, helping you achieve consistent results across every meal. The geometric laser-etched cooking surface combines raised stainless steel peaks with CeramiShield ceramic non-stick valleys.

The stainless steel peaks improve searing performance while helping protect the non-stick coating, while the ceramic valleys allow food to release easily with less sticking and easier cleaning.
