This combination unit organises your tools and equipment in the garage or workshop. It's made from powder coated steel that resists wear in busy workspaces. Ideal For A DIY Mechanic!!
Bought a a Xmas present for my husband who was very happy with it, loads of room for all his tools which are now all in one place rather than scattered around the garage. The top box lifts off so he can carry that and the base is on wheels which makes it easy to move around. All the draws open and shut very smoothly and lock off when closed. My only niggle is with the finish of the unit as there are some very sharp corners where the metal hasn’t been filed down or painted and a couple of small areas where the paint has peeled off. Obviously these things don’t affect what the unit is made for but it’s annoying to find them.

Not very happy with this item
I was really sad that this amd my other tool caddy I ordered similar to this one both come damaged and dented, I paid alot of money for these really but I was saddend by the start of them, and to be honest it wasn't the delivery guys fault either cos the packaging wasn't damaged at all they were delivered superbly it was the way they were sent out, I had the garage all re painted and ready for then so by the time I wanted 10 days for them I was desperate to just get them in place.

Small and neat but holds plenty
This is a very useful cabinet though smaller than I'd expected. The drawers aren't deep enough to store most of my power tools but is fine for everything else. I don't need it to move around so I wish I hadn't put the wheels on because they make it a bit wobbly and even with the brakes on, it moves when you pull open a drawer. The drawers click into place and need a good tug, so I need two hands - one to pull and one to hold the cabinet back at the same time. I like it apart from this.

No, the 14 Drawer Combination Tool Cabinet doesn't come with rubber matting for the drawers.

Hello there,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the 14 Drawer Combination Tool Cabinet: These units are supplied with keys to use the locks.
The top chest features a catch lock which when turned holds the lid in place. This is combined with three metal bars at the back of the unit which hold the drawers closed when the lid is closed / lock engaged.
The trolley features a turn key lock which in turn locks a metal bar which runs behind the drawers. This holds the drawers securely closed.
When the locks are engaged the drawers are held securely in place.
