Very good cordless vacuum cleaner. Easy to use. Great to be able to use it as a hand held with the crevice tool for getting into narrow spaces. It's a shame an attachment for the stairs is not included, but i will buy one. The battery lasts long enough on one charge to vacuum the whole house. Easy to empty the dust compartment.

My second shark pet vacuum. I like the break in the tube for getting under furniture. It picks up really well, especially dog hairs. I'm not sure the eco settings are really necessary. Well built, light and easy to use and the battery lasts well in a 3 bed house.

Great vacuum with various attachments and carry bag for storage - suction is good and battery life is long enough to complete my house 2 times at least. Downside is that the folding wand is prone to breaking and I have as to replace this several times

This unit features two rollers: a brush roll and a soft roller. It is important to note that only the soft roller can be removed for cleaning. If any hair becomes entangled in the brush roll, you should continue cleaning using the carpet setting on hard floors, low-pile carpets, or small area rugs. If some fibers remain wrapped around the brush roll after continued use, please remove them carefully. To detach the soft roller from the nozzle, simply pull it out by the tab.
