Absolutely, you can order and pay in store with our accepted payment types.* The quickest way to place an order in store is via our in store kiosks* We also offer Pay Now Collect Later from our pay@browse devices in store which means that if the item you wish to purchase is not currently in store, you can order stock of a single item to come into store to collect at a later date* Our friendly staff can also assist you in placing an order at the checkoutYou can use our Store Locator to find you nearest store here.

Can I pay now and collect later if there is no stock when in store?

Pay now collect later (PNCL) is available exclusively on our pay@browse devices in store.Pay now collect later enables you to place an order in store for an item, that isn't in stock at the time of ordering, and collect once the store receives further stock.To place a PNCL order you can use a pay@browse device and enter your details via a guest check out. Once the order has been placed, you will then receive an email and text confirmation with your order information.We'll also update you when your order is ready to collect.

Can I use Klarna in physical Argos or Sainsbury's stores?

Unfortunately not right now, it is online only and you can use Klarna on argos.co.uk, Tu.co.uk and Habitat.co.uk.

Can I use my online code in-store?

Some of our active online codes can be used in store – simply check the Terms and Conditions. If your code is valid for use in store, just quote it at the till.

How do I get my Click & Collect order in-store?

Accepted Answer

When your product is ready to collect in store, you will receive a text or email to let you know. This will contain your order number and collection code which you'll need to have when you collect your order.You can then simply pop into your chosen store, and head to the dedicated collections counter. If you're sending somebody else to collect on your behalf, be sure to provide them with the order number and the collection code for verification.Please note that if you paid using your Argos Card, we will not be able to release your order to anyone else. You will need to be the one to collect your order, and you will also have to present your physical Argos card upon collection.ID is also required for collection of aged restricted items.

Can I arrange a Fast Track delivery in-Store?

Yes, you can place an order in store for a Fast Track delivery.If a product is out of stock, too heavy to carry away from store or to bulky to fit into your car, our team can arrange to get it delivered instead.Just speak to one of our team in store to arrange a delivery.You can find your nearest store here.

If I forget my Nectar card when shopping in-store, can I still collect Nectar points on that purchase?

Just get in touch with one of our friendly Nectar colleagues via our Nectar app or call us on 0344 811 0811 within 14 days, and they'll be able to amend your Nectar points balance. You'll just need your receipt or proof of transaction.

Can I change the collection store on my Click and Collect order?

Accepted Answer

Once you've placed a Click and Collect order, we're unable to change the store of collection. If you need to amend this, you'll need to cancel your order or, allow your order to expire and we'll process your refund after the collection window has lapsed. You'll then need to place a new order from your preferred store.Details of how to cancel your order can be found here.You can also extend the collection date on most Click and Collect orders, allowing you more time to pick up your item(s).
