What SPF level should I use for a whole day outside?

SPF 30 blocks out about 97% of UV rays, while SPF 50 blocks about 98%, so both are great options depending on your skin and your tanning preferences. Remember to apply your sunscreen every 2 hours (more often if sweating), to make sure you’re shielding your skin from the sun all day.
