We have recently reviewed our Entertainment offering. In order to maintain levels of value and convinience to all our Argos customers, we have decided to limit our Online Entertainment range to products which we sell through Stores.

We are therefore no longer offering an extensive range of films, music and books and apologise for any disappointment caused.

You can continue to choose from a wide variety of video games for Playstation, Xbox, Gamecube and Gameboy Advance. These products are available to buy online for home delivery or alternatively you can check stock and reserve at an Argos store of your choice.

How do I contact you regarding any outstanding issues with my Entertainment order?

If I have recently placed an order with Argos-Entertainment, will I receive it?
Yes. Any orders that have been placed up to and including 12th May 2004 will be despatched within the normal 24 – 48 hrs. Any order that, for some reason, may have gone on to backorder status due to stock issues etc will be despatched once the stock has been replenished.

I have an order on ‘backorder’ status, where is it?
The product you have ordered could be out of stock or has not yet been released. Once the stock has been replenished or your product is released, it will automatically be sent out. If you wish to cancel this order, please contact our Customer Services Team on the number below.

Can I still return a product that is damaged to receive a refund?
If you have received a damaged or faulty product, it can be returned to the address that has been supplied within your order and a full refund will be issued. We can not supply a replacement.

Can I exchange a product?
No. However, a full refund will be issued if you return the product to the address that has been supplied within your order.

I have sent my goods back. When should I expect my refund to be issued?
As soon as we receive the returned goods, a full refund will be issued. This is normally processed within 7 working days from receipt. If this is not the case, please contact our Customer Services Team on the number below.

Where do I send my returns to?
The ‘Returns Address’ has not changed and a label is supplied within your order for your use if you wish to return the item. Please note that products purchased on Argos-Entertainment.co.uk cannot be returned to any of our stores.

Will Argos continue selling Entertainment products through Argos.co.uk or its stores?
As with all its ranges, Argos regularly review all the products that it sells. We will continue to sell video and computer games. These products and regular updates to these ranges can be found at www.argos.co.uk or in any of our stores.

Can I use my Argos-Entertainment login details at the Argos main site?
Your personal login details are unique to the Argos-Entertainment site and once the site closes, your login passwords etc will expire.

Are my credit card details secure?
All personal details that have been entered on to the Argos-Entertainment website are secure. We do not currently store any credit card details once your transaction has been processed and this will not change on the closure of the site.
