Step 1: Add to trolley
Click the 'Reserve' button on a product to add the item(s) to your trolley.

Step 2: Choose to Reserve
In the trolley, click the 'Reserve' button.

Step 3: Find a store
Enter your town or postcode to select the town/area you would like to check stock

Step 4: Check stock
We'll check if your chosen item(s) are in stock at your nearest store.

Step 5: Reserve
your email address and your mobile phone number. You will then be given a unique number for your reservation.

Step 6: Collect & Pay
Take your reservation number to a till or quick pay kiosk in–store where you will be able to pay for and collect your item(s).
