We have identified that some of the nylon utensils in the above sets contain levels of certain chemicals called Primary Aromatic Amines, which exceed those permitted for use in products that come into contact with food. As a precaution we have taken these items off sale.
If you have bought an example of any of the above products before the 30th of June

This safety notice affects the nylon utensils only, not any of the other component parts in the sets.

Philips has identified a safety problem with the above product; it only affects models produced between July 2006 and November 2008
In isolated cases, where there is an extreme build up of scale AND the machine suffers and electrical fault, pressure build up can cause the product to come apart, possibly leading to injury from steam, flying parts or exposure to live parts.
If you own a Senseo yourself stop using it. To identify if your product is affected, disconnect it from the mains and look at the sticker on the base plate. Take note of the date code (e.g. 09123) and type number (e.g HD7814) then visit the website or call the number below to find out if your product is affected.

The supplier has made us aware of a design fault with the above product.
If the booster seat release is unlatched while the child is in the seat, or if the seat back is not snapped in place, then the booster seat part can fall backwards potentially leading to injury to the child.
If you have one of these seats purchased between 9th February 2009 and 12th March 2009 please contact Fisher Price immediately, who can supply a repair kit free of charge that removes the hazard.

The manufacturer of the Jeep shopper 6 travel system has identified a fault with the product.
The stitching on the harness of the car seat part of the set is inadequate and can come apart. This could lead to the seat not providing adequate restraint for the child in the event of an accident, and as a result cause serious or fatal injury to the child.
This only affects products purchased between 1st January 2008 and 13th March 2009, if you have an example of this product:

Philips has identified a manufacturing defect with the mains adapters supplied with the above products. In extreme cases this may result in the cover becoming detached exposing live electrical parts Philips has decided to voluntarily recall the affected mains adapters. THIS RECALL ONLY AFFECTS THE ADAPTERS. THE REST OF THE PRODUCT IS NOT AFFECTED. The adapters affected can be identified by the labels shown below.
If you own one of the above products switch off the mains power supply and check that the cover of the adapter is firmly attached. Then remove the adapter to check the date code printed near the connecting pins. If the date code on the adapter ends in 07 or 08 it is affected by this warning. Stop using it immediately and call the freephone number below to obtain a replacement mains adapter free of charge.

DO NOT OPERATE THE ABOVE GAS COOKERS WITH THE GRILL DOOR CLOSED.
When the grill burner is operating the grill door must always be in the open position. If the grill is operated with the grill door closed, the air supply to the grill burner is restricted causing dangerous levels of Carbon Monoxide. Exposure to Carbon Monoxide can be fatal.
All gas appliances must be installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions supplied with the cooker. Correct use and adequate ventilation is essential to ensure safe use of these cookers. Using an appliance for any purpose, other than that for which it is designed, can cause serious safety issues.

We have become aware that this product contains Calcium Hydroxide, (instead of Plaster of Paris which should have been supplied) Calcium Hydroxide is potentially harmful, in that it is an irritant and cause burns to the skin and eyes.
If you have one of these kits please dispose of any of the remaining material in the bag marked “Plaster of Paris”, or any casts made from these kits in the main household refuse.
Please take care to avoid skin contact; any accidental contact should be washed thoroughly with soap and water.

We have identified an issue with the above stair gates where the plastic hinge mounting can break in use. As a result the gate can fall from the frame.
