No, the Argos Home Clothes Rail Cover would not fit over the double rail with 2 bars. The cover can accommodate a rail up to 108cm wide.

The rail is easy to take apart. Can be stored when folded down. All of the pieces together are approximately 3 ft in length.
The rail can be dismantled and tied into a small bundle. You can store it away easily under a bed or in a cupboard. Make sure you hold onto the assembly instructions for future use.
