The Black & Decker 400 watt Scorpion is a multifunction saw that functions both as a powered handsaw and jigsaw. Ideal for straight line or curved cutting, this power tool has a soft grip handle and can make 5500 strokes per minute. It also includes three different blades for your various DIY needs and a useful safety lock switch.

Replacement
Bought to replace the same model I burnt out(all my own fault) and this one works just as well for the amount of d.i.y. I have to do. Happy with the price and easy choose, pay and collect from Argos.

loved the three blades.
This is a great tool - was having difficulties cutting a small tree with fibres - this jammed a chainsaw and loppers - this is the tool that did the trick, highly recommended and love the versatility of the three blades - also must mention that easy to handle and not heavy.

Good product but with very poor instructions.
At first I was very dubious that this item was any good. Firstly I thought the larger blade was missing but it was well wrapped in cardboard down the side of the box. This blade is much smaller than the picture on the box. The instructions are absolute rubbish, to turn the screw you have to press the black button on the side of the saw then you are able to turn the screw to fit the blade. Only found this out because of looking up a video on the internet. I was not expecting the saw to be any good when I used it but it is a marvellous little product, light to use, with good safety features and the saw is quite powerful even though small. It took no time at all to completely saw down, a wooden garden seat with canopy, into pieces small enough for easy disposal. After figuring out how to assemble this product, I can recommend the item.
