Great purchase The stand is great! We have a 45kg punch bag hanging on it and my partner is a very hard hitter. Extra weights or sand bags are essential for the heavier weight bag, and hard hitters, as the stand leans backwards with alot of force, but the stand holds the weight easily. 02 March 2013

good buy Much sturdier than anticipated. I was expecting to have to weigh it down with some additional sand bags. I wouldnt recommend if looking to put in a bedroom or small room but in a decent sized garage is excellent. 26 May 2010

Not too bad the stand makes noise, doesnt matter how tight you screw it. even placing 60kg weights on it, still it was making noise. not ideal for peace enviroment. 16 February 2010

it does the job i suppose i bought this product for my partner it requires weight on bottom which we new but even with a lot of weight it can still nove its a lot bigger than we thought it would be takes up a lot a room also were u hang ure punchbag is a solid ring so if u dont have chains like us u cant put it on we had to get a ring clamp thing that they use for rock climbing to put it on with which was disapointing as chains would of made the bag hang too low and there expensive for what u want its here and up but if i had a choice i wouldnt buy another one. 14 October 2009
