About this product
This McGregor 350W 25cm grass trimmer is ideal for cutting fine to coarse grass. This is a 3-in-1 grass trimmer; change the angle of the cutting head to enable you to edge your lawn, trim your grass and reach under objects such as benches and trampolines. The flower guard allows you to cut right up to the edge of your garden while protecting your flowers and plants. This grass trimmer has been designed with comfort in mind, featuring an adjustable front handle and telescopic shaft to adjust the trimmer to suit your height.
For uninterrupted and worry-free trimming, the auto feed spool system extends the cutting line, should the cable snap, no need to adjust manually. The 8m cable length will reduce the need for an extension cable.
At 350W and 25cm wide this is suitable for fine or coarse grass. If you wish to cut thicker, denser grass we recommend a motor of 400W or above. If you want to cut brambles, we recommend a motor size of 600W . All McGregor Garden Power and Pressure Washer Products include a 2 year guarantee.

The trimmer moves as it should. However the trimmer cable is a nightmare as it trims, but only for a couple of metres then the cable runs out. So you are perpetually trying to pull the cable out.

I have had awful problems with the line constantly breaking, have to stop, unplug and feed out more line, which really isnt easy. Got a new spool which almost immediately came unravelled so I dumped it in my shed and havent used it since, complete waste of money, it only has one job and so far it hasnt performed
Had the same issue.Had to feed manually and when I removed the spool the cord unravelled making it very difficult to set up again. Had used most of the cord within 30 minutes of first use so now need a replacement spool. Dont know how it got such good reviews!

Hi, you need to take this number MET 3525 or look at the bottom of the Strummer just above the grass cutter and theres a sticker on there and the number starts with MET, take the number with you ad ad the spool number. Jessamik Ltd, 01328 442222. Ive
just ordered 4 spools for 21.04. The spool I had has only just run out from when I bought it 2 years ago so they last a long time. Hope this helps
