Worth every penny
I bought this for my daughter to use to bounce on whilst gaming. It was the best thing she got at Christmas, so far bouncing across the whole house! I will be using it for yoga. It is fairly large but one of our best buys.

I bought mine October 2023. It came with a hand pump. I used it to easily inflate the ball.
I have just opened the box and it isnt a pump that is included. Its a bike pump adaptor. Calling it a pump is misleading, it will not inflate the ball on its own.

If you are 4'11" - 5'4", get a ball that is 55 cm
If you are 5'5" - 5'11", get a ball that is 65 cm
If you are 6' - 6'7, get a ball that is 75 cm

I have this ball,not much trouble inflating it,got it out to 81 inches,so far no deflation,you do have to keep pumping even if it seems its not going up ,before you measure
Your ball pull the pump HANDLE out stops any air escaping,when at desired size remove pump and very quickly insert one of the white bungs push it right in job done hope this helps

It comes with a plug but if you're going abroad you'll need an adapter. Also don't put more than a 5amp fuse in it or it'll blow straight away
Mine has no plug how disappointing!!

To inflate, connect the pump to the ball and pump until the pressure is as required.
The plug is quite small so have another check and if it is missing, please contact our customer services team via social media or the telephone.
