Customer reviews and ratings

Cookworks 3 Bowl Steamer - White. 4.6 5 356 387
Steaming! Having used numerous makes/models of steamer this has to be the best. The attention to detail fab. First one I've had that has a tiny drawer you pull out to be able to refill water if it starts running low - makes it easy and less chance of mess. Would recommend and definitely buy again as a gift. 19 May 2015
steamer Have found this steamer to be a perfectly acceptable product. Does the job in hand. Easy to use 13 May 2015
Veg Steamer I have had Cookworks Veg Steamers in the past and been very happy with them, when I had to replace the last one I bought another well known brand but couldn't get on with it at all, so, back to Cookworks, the only downside with this new model is the shallow basket on the top tier, and that you have to use the baskets in one order only. 05 May 2015
Just as good as the more expensive ones Will only buy cook works steamer, had more expensive ones on the past but found this one to be the best, very easy to top the water up. Whilst in the middle of steaming. 28 April 2015
Fab Great steamer easy to use 16 April 2015

Cord storage?

2 years, 3 months ago
Item states it has cord storage, but on other questions asked you say this is not correct. If it is not correct why does the website still state this a year after the question was raised- or has this item now been changed to provide cord storage?

Answer:
Hi, thank you for your question.

I have looked into your query and I can advise that the drip tray should be used whenever anything is cooked ?open? in the steamer. It is there to prevent the steamer element coming into contact with the juices from whatever is being steamed. It?s not necessary when cooking rice because the rice is in a bowl, but if cooking other things also then it should be used.

Thanks for using Argos Q&A.
