Be indulgent with timeless pieces
Think classic furniture. We love our Valerie sofa for its classic scroll arms and button back detail that wouldn't look out of place in a showhome. Pair with simple, elegant lighting, but don't be afraid to indulge when it comes to textiles. Cosy up with snuggly faux fur cushions or a beautifully soft herringbone throw. We could just drift off now...
A note from the designer...
"The Valerie has a classic look that is both feminine and timeless. We chose a blush velvet that has a really luxurious feel - combined with the deep buttoning it creates a look that's elegant and impactful."
Stephen Clark, Furniture designer
Colour palette: soothing and serene
Introduce neutral tones like ivories, soft greys and chalky charcoals for an easy-to-blend combination. Soft pink accents can add a touch of femininity while also acting as a focal point. You can't really go wrong with this palette - its muted tones mean you're free to change things up with the seasons.
Lighting should be understated, but elegant
Refresh any room instantly with light shades and easy-fit pendants. These lights have a delicate, clean aesthetic which will add some understated charm throughout your home - we love the look of crackle glass, and shades with three-dimensional textures. Hang a pendant low over spaces like a dining table to create a more intimate atmosphere.
Think about the feel-factor
Evoke the feeling of a luxury hotel with the finest bed linen and towels you can get. Picture a peaceful retreat with crisp white sheets that are almost too nice to dive into. Fluffy towels, luxurious candles (and maybe some bubbles?) create a spa-like experience. Doze off afterwards in our soft-to-the-touch Beauford bed, with its luxurious sweeping headboard - the perfect setting for lazy Sundays anydays.
