Iron, copper, steel
or non-stick?

Different materials have different benefits, so make sure you choose one which suits your needs.

A whole pan set means consistent cooking, and it looks great too. Or you might like to mix and match to get the different advantages each material offers.

How to choose

Does it suit your hob?

Different hobs, such as an induction hob, require particular materials. See our handy guide below for more advice.

Light or heavyweight?

You'll be put off cooking if they're too heavy. Lightweight materials are best if you hate lugging pans to the sink.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Be sure to check our product descriptions to see if your new pans are dishwasher safe or hand wash only.
