How will my order be delivered?

Deliveries will be made via Royal Special Delivery Guaranteed and will need to be signed for.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Once you have placed your order, your item will be made specifically for you and delivered to you within 21 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a link to track your order, via the Royal Mail Track Your Item service

Do I need to sign for my delivery? What if I am out?

Yes, you will need to sign for your delivery. If you are out the Royal Mail will leave a "Something for you" card explaining that they attempted to make a delivery. You can then choose to either collect the package from your local delivery office or arrange a redelivery.

What if the order comes in two deliveries?

If you have ordered multiple items then we may deliver these separately; but don't worry you will only pay the delivery costs once, and will get 2 tracking IDs to track your items.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the bespoke nature of the items cancellations are not possible once you have submitted your order.

What if I want to return an item?

If you wish to return an item please contact us to confirm that your item is eligible for a return. If your item is damaged or faulty we will email you a returns label, which will allow you to return the item free of charge. It is not possible to return an item to an Argos store.

Can I return my item?

Due to items being bespoke we do not offer returns or refunds, unless of course they are damaged or faulty. If you are not happy with your purchase, please email and attach a photo of your purchase with the following details:
  • Your order reference number
  • Item name and quantity
  • Reason for return (e.g. "Damaged", "Faulty after normal use" etc.)
  • Additional details (e.g. a description of the damage)
  • Whether you are seeking a refund or a replacement

Where is my refund?

If your item is eligible for a refund we will send you a prepaid returns label so that the item can be returned to us. Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item. If you have requested a replacement this will be delivered to you within 21 working days, although we will endeavour to deliver it sooner.
