Too Complicated
The design is too complicated. Too many different nuts, screws etc. And most had the wrong quantity in the pack with one type completely missing. Assembly also required measuring, marking and making holes. Once assembled it doesn't look as smart as it should because the pieces don't fit as neatly together as they should. Also had to wait a week for delivery, pay a fortune for a 2 hour delivery slot and then have it delivered outside of the slot. A pretty poor experience all round.
