Looks cute in my sons nursery
Kept seeing this so decided to buy it for my boys nursery. Have a grey/white theme so goes well. It was a bit of a pain untangling all the strings/clouds/stars but got there eventually. A few other reviews mentioned that the clouds/stars looked a bit dirty. I agree - but think it’s the glue which has turned off off brownish colour BUT you can’t tell when it’s up.

The lamp does look nice overall, but it was in disappointing condition out of the box. Some of the hanging parts were crumpled, and most of them are yellowish brown on the edges like they've been slightly burned. Disappointing.

hello Ali this is a standard fit light shade compatible with standard fitments on light bulbs - energy saving bulbs will not affect the shade in any way.
I use energy saving lamps in all my light fitting. The bulb doesn’t effect the ring size.

This shade comes ready to use with an adaptor ring for bayonet cap and small edison screw lampholders. You can also remove the adaptor ring if you have a regular edison screw lampholder.
