The service required to order buy and collect the microwave was very good. So far the machine has proved to get a clear asset. The information provided is easy to understand and the machine fits neatly into the space in our kitchen. The only query I have is why I didn't get the Nectar points promised

Our old microwave door catch broke and as it was about 20 years old thought we would replace it. We like the look of this microwave, we can do all we want to cook with it, easy to use controls, we like the touch control. As others point out it can get a bit wet inside depending on what’s being cooked and needs to be dried. It’s not stainless steel as our old one was but for the money its fine.
