Wow! bought this as like for like replacement after my old shark broke after 7 years.. wasn't disappointed arrived next day & suction is great think cord is longer than on old model which is good as live in old house with limited sockets.. grey price in black Friday sale in fact cheaper than previous one! Only thing stops me giving 5 stars is that shark no longer provides upholstery tool but using my original one instead.. I also have a shark handheld bought few months ago.. shark doesn't disappoint!
