The Pure Cool me is designed more for personal use on a desk or bed side table rather than whole room coverage. If you're looking for a Purifier to cool your living space, I suggest the Pure Cool Tower or Pure Hot+Cool.

Hi there, it's Shannon at Dyson. Only Dyson sells spare parts and accessories, including the purifier filters. These can be found on the Dyson website, or by contacting the Customer Services team. Please don't hesitate to get back in touch with any further queries.
Hi there, it's Shannon at Dyson. Our purifier machines don't use CADR ratings, as this doesn't take into consideration the filtration quality, which Dyson focuses on. Our machines are tested for various pollutants, gases and allergens and they capture 99.95% of these ultrafine particles as small as 0.1 microns. If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Our Air Multiplier products cool you rather than the room. They are not air conditioning units as they do not have a cooling element nor do they reduce air temperature.
The cooling effect from the fan occurs as speed of the air flow from the machine comes into contact with your skin. This is the same as any conventional fan. Where ours differs is by providing a smooth and constant airflow, whereas bladed fans will buffet producing interrupted airflow.
I can confirm that this product does not come with an ioniser.
I hope this helps :)

Hi there, it's Sophie at Dyson. I can confirm that the filters in our purifiers will require replacing and can not be washed. The average life expectancy of the filter is 12 months, based on the machine being used for 12 hours a day, every day. They will deteriorate more quickly if the machine is left on for longer than this and other factors which may degrade the filter more quickly includes things such as cooking smells and smoking for example. There is an auto mode on the machines however, which means you can set it to only run when it needs to.
Hello there it's Rachel at Dyson, the purifier cannot be used without the fan. However, we do have a pure hot and cool model.
