Cable too short
Overall very good product, good come out tasty. Easy to used and clean! But the cable is far TOO SHORT that why 3 stars.

Great upgrade and machine
I had the OG version of this product and had been hoping the pro connect would be come available in a colour other than blue. The black and gold looks very smart and the whole device seems better thought out. Especially the pellet hopper housing. The WiFi makes this super user friendly. I’m happy.

Best bbq around
After many years using both charcoal and gas bbq’s thought it was time to try the ninja. So easy to use, so easy to clean, cooks everything to perfection. Cannot fault the ninja in any way. By far the best bbq I’ve ever owned & used.

Good product, with some flaws!
This grill is amazing but with some issues. Recently bought. The first few times we used the grill with woodfire technology for smoking, and it was brilliant. Fifth time I used it, I used the smoker for a 1.2Kg lamb leg. Initially the temperature was rising on the app then after 1 hour it was stuck at 27 degrees. After 3 hours, I opened the grill and the lamb was still raw and the grill was cold!! I tried to find more information about why this problem happened but couldn’t find any! Given that it is a brand new product that was merely used 4 times, I am not sure how much I would recommend it to others to be honest.

Modern BBQ without the hassle.
What an amazing machine, I've never tasted BBQ type meat so good, we've done lamb shanks, a whole chicken and of course ribs on it so far and it's amazing, so easy to use, none of the constant checking of a coal BBQ or the mess but all the great taste. Most campsites now don't allow coal BBQ so this piece of kit is a must 👍😁

Love this bbq
I’ve had this for over a year now and once i got over the difference from a normal bbq it’s amazing to have. I love the app that can control the bbq when at home so I can just step away and still have an eye on what my meats doing. And the smoker gives it a good coal bbq taste but electric. Cleaning is great once cooled down just take the grill plate and clean and put back It does have its little issues if cooking multiple things that take different times to cook but over all amazing but of kit

Excellent cooker
Typical Ninja quality, it was well wrapped. We had a bbq already. It cooked very quickly, although they recommended to pre heat for about 5 minutes. I only waited 2 minutes it was ready for cooking. My only drawback is the waste fat i had a container which was supplied at the rear nothing came out. All the fat was left pm the grill plate.
