Hi TB, yes this is the wrist band size. Medium can be configured for 140-210mm and Large can be configured for 160 to 245mm. Thanks for using Argos Q+A.

Yes, the sizes are to do with wrist size:
Med = 40mm (130-200mm wrist)
Large = 44mm (140-210mm wrist)
