Easy to use, super quick to heat up, irons out all the creases.
Hi there, thanks for your questions! The GC4902 Azur steam iron can be used on all ironable garments. The SteamGlide Elite soleplate can easily be cleaned with a damp cloth and/or a soleplate cleaning stick. It's also important to use Quick Calc Release every three months, to prolong the life of the device. I hope this helps. If any other questions come to mind, then feel free to get in touch with us via Facebook (philips.to/UKFBMessenger), Twitter (philips.to/UKCareTwitter) or phone (philips.to/UKContact). I wish you a very nice evening. Cheers, Claudia.

Why have Argos not changed the online Product Description for this iron?
We have bought it on the basis of it being a ‘One Temp’ iron - the One Temp feature is very important to us and after querying this with store staff yesterday we rang Philips today to check. Philips confirmed this iron does not have the One Temp function and we phoned Argos this morning to advise them of the problem. We are very disappointed that a fundamental feature was not updated in the headline description of this item on 7 August in the online catalogue especially after Philips Customer Care posted on this item.
A letter of complaint will be sent to Argos.

Hi Izzy, that's a really great question. There might be a small fault in the item description on here, as I can clearly see that this iron has a temperature dial. We do have irons with 'PerfectTemp'-technology, which analyses the fabric that it's used on, and adjusts the temperature accordingly, but that's not the case for this model. I'll make sure to pass this feedback on to our team.
