Hi tamia,
You don't need to buy film, This is a 36 exposure single use camera, once used you would need to have the camera developed and purchase another, the film is not replaceable.

Hi AGM,
This is a purely analogue way of taking photos - directly on to exposed film once taken it is not possible to digitally transfer them prior to development.
After they are developed it is possible to transfer the actual photos or negatives to a digital format using the correct equipment and software, some photo development services may offer this
