Great rig for the money you can do all the exercises you need to at good weights comfortably. Argos make a charachet limit on reviews, no idea why it's very unprofessional. There Is a design flaw though, If you do pull ups a certain way there Is a piece of metal petruding that the optional lat pulldwon machine attaches to, you'll hit your head on this and cut It wide open. i have done this personally. If Argos deny my review again for telling nothing but the truth I'll go social media.
Well constructed & good value training rig.
On receiving the product, it was build in quick order. No additional tools were required. The rig is solid & stable enough for a range of calisthenic exercises including muscle-ups. There's enough space to configure the rig to personal tastes i.e. addition of resistance bands, rings etc.
Decent frame. What I expected for the price
Only use this for pull ups and dips and core training and it is decent. Very secure and stable. Doesn't seem it would be suitable for the really heavy weight lifters so for example people who squat like 140kg , I'd be worried to rack up that kind of weight on this. Only negative thing for me is for dips. The hand positioning for dips is a bit too wide which I don't like so I may have to buy a separate piece of equipment in the future for dips.
The max training load on the safety bars is 200kg, 100kg/each side.

I would advise that you do indeed require a 6 ft bar for the Men's Health Power Rig.
