This charger uses an apple lighting connecter and will work with all apple iphones and ipads from the 5 upwards.

The Lightning 1m Car Charger Cable is compatible with Apple products only. The Galaxy S9 phone uses a USB type C charger. If it is a car charger you need, we have one here:

Not with the supplied charging cable (which is a lightning cable for iOS devices) .
The Charger unit can be used with any standard USB compatible cable like the barrel jack connector cable supplied with the Nokia C2-01
