Customers Say
Lightweight, powerful Shark vacuum with self-emptying dock, intelligent suction adjustment, and useful accessories. Battery life and edge cleaning could improve; some find it a bit heavy and bulky.

Excellent all round vacuum cleaner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a great vacuum cleaner. Really pleased with it, my old vacuum cleaner was a Henry and I thought it was doing a good job, but the first run using this pulled up so much dust and fluff that I couldn't even see in the carpets. I can do top to bottom in the house (2 up 2 down) with over half the battery left, and the light which shows dust and dirt on the floor stops you missing patches. You can also separate it and attach the short head attachment to clean the car. I really like the idea of the self contained bin in the stand too so you're not constantly emptying into the bin.

Great self emptying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the hoover around a week and a half ago. Certain features I really like, the fact it self empties and you can bend the stick of the hoover to get under furniture. However the ability to pick things up on the detection mode when hoovering the carpet is poor. I generally have to switch to the more powerful mode to do the carpet better. The battery life isn’t great either.

A good hoover with a some slight improvements need
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this hoover about 2 weeks ago and on the whole it is a really good hoover. I love the self emptying feature and using the detect feature saves battery life whilst also boosting the power when needed. The couple of downsides for me are that there doesn’t seem to be enough power or the bristles aren’t stiff enough when hoovering our carpets as there were times when it didn’t pick up bits of fluff and there are times when we use the smaller attachments and then put it back in the dock that it doesn’t empty as the hoover doesn’t sit correctly. On the whole it does what i need it to but the downsides can be annoying at times.

Speed clean and empty pet pro
Absolutely love my new machine, I have bought shark over the last few years and I would not buy anything else now. The suction is great, it’s not too heavy a machine and it’s just so easy to empty when needed to be emptied.

Great vacuum with some very good features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this hoover over a week now.I vacuum every day, so didn't expect it to get much out of the carpet but how wrong was I . We have different types of flooring, the vacuum is very quick to respond when going from carpet to laminate. The scution automatically increases around edges. The vacuum has really lifted the pile on our carpets and if like a lot of people you like vacuum lines in carpet you will definitely get them in longer pile carpets. The handle is quite chunky compared to my last and may be a bit uncomfortable for some. I vacuumed the entire house and the battery had still some power left. The crevice tool is clever as it's 2 in 1 so you don't need to be changing tools it's a dusting brush as well. I thought the emptying station was a bit of a gimmick but I really like not having to empty it after a couple of uses( and will now look for this feature on future vacuums. It is a little loud when emptying but only last a few seconds so not a problem for us. The only thing I would change is the length of the cable as it's not very long. We live in an older house so not many sockets.

Not living up to expectations
Somewhat disappointed with the product. Seems to clog up rapidly needing disassembly and unblocking frequently. Difficult to use on carpets due to clogging resulting in frequent stops to clear the tubes and reservoir. Initially pleased but subsequent use has shown up its faults.

Disappointing Performance
I’m slightly disappointed in suction as research prior to purchase indicated better performance . Doesn’t suck up to the edge as indications suggested. The lights are excellent in showing you what’s been missed . Easy to use, excellent emptying and not too heavy.
