Good suction but fiddly to use
This is a great Vacuum in terms of suction, however one tool broke the first time of use, the hose connectors are very difficult to use and the drum is quite small and fiddly to empty and clean.. Having java Dyson for years im converted to Vax but in hindsight I would have picked a different model.

I purchased the this vacuum cleaner as it looked the right one for me. Unfortunately I found it difficult to use. The attachments were difficult to attach and the instructions were printed in the tiniest and palest print. I couldn’t remove the hose from the machine as it was so tight. I am a senior lady and I have arthritis in my hands.

Very disappointed with this vacuum ,have a number of Vax products which I love but have found this one very difficult to get along eith , it's manoeuvrable ability is really not good

I brought this recently and I'm very very happy with it. Its very light weight to move around, smooth operating and vacuums very well. User friendly too. Well worth the money spent and compared to those crazy expensive ones out there, this is great. Highly recommend. 5 stars ⭐

Yes. But I believe the brush only works when the slider on the front, which you alter for deep carpets or laminate, is on a particular side, it does not work on both.
